Is there a minimum order?
Personalised mugs, colour changing mugs and printed coasters start at one. Branded mugs, travel mugs, bottles and cups start at 5 to 25 depending on the product; each product page lists its quantities.
Can you design my artwork?
Yes, at fixed fees: typesetting £30, a design from your brief £35, a logo redraw £30 or a new logo £50. Or design it yourself in the free online designer on the personalised mugs, coasters and full-colour tumblers and bottles.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
Mainland Highland postcodes add £10. Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Wight are quoted first. There is no delivery outside the UK.
Will the price change at checkout?
No. The price you are quoted, or see on a product page, is the price of the goods. Delivery is £7.95 per order to the UK mainland and free when the goods come to £100 or more.
