Which cups can I have printed?
Three kinds: branded reusable coffee cups in single colour and two-tone colourways, recyclable reusable coffee cups, and double-wall printed paper cups for takeaway drinks.
What is the minimum order?
Reusable coffee cups start at 10, so a café can test a design on the counter first. Double-wall paper cups start at 1,000 because they are printed as a run.
Who buys printed cups?
Coffee shops selling a reusable cup at the till, offices giving one to each member of staff, and events handing out branded cups instead of plain ones.
How long do printed cups take?
Saver production is 7 working days for reusable cups and 6 for paper cups, counted from artwork approval. Faster speeds show on each product page; there is no next-day service. The courier then takes 1 to 3 working days.
Does the price drop for bigger orders?
Yes. The price per cup falls as the quantity goes up, and each product page shows a price table so you can compare quantities before you order.
How much is delivery?
£7.95 per order to a UK mainland address, free when the goods come to £100 or more. Mainland Highlands add £10; Northern Ireland and the islands are quoted.
What if my logo file is not good enough?
Every upload is checked before print. If the file is too small or blurry you can upload a better one, send it later, add File check (£4.99) or use our artwork and design service.
