Can I order a single personalised mug?
Yes. Custom printed mugs and colour changing mugs can be ordered from one. Branded white mugs start at 25, and branded black mugs, recycled travel mugs and insulated bottles start at 10.
What size are the mugs?
Custom printed mugs are the classic 11oz ceramic size with a print area of about 200 x 80 mm, so a design can wrap round the mug. Keep words and faces away from the handle.
Which mug colours can I choose?
Custom printed mugs come in white, black, pink, blue, yellow, red, orange, green or colour changing. Branded black mugs come in six two-tone colourways, travel mugs in grey, heather green, white or dark blue, and bottles in black or white.
How does a colour changing mug work?
The mug looks plain when it is cold. Pour in a hot drink and the coating reacts to the heat, so your printed photo or message appears, then fades again as it cools.
What artwork should I send?
A sharp photo, logo or PDF at the size you saved it, not a screenshot. Every upload is checked for size and resolution before print, and with File check (£4.99) a person checks it too. If you need a name set or a logo tidied, our artwork and design service can do it.
How long do printed mugs take?
Each product page shows the working days for production for every speed before you pay. Saver production starts from 4 working days on most mugs, and delivery follows once the order is dispatched.
How much is delivery?
UK mainland delivery is £7.95 per order, and free when your goods total £100 or more.
