Overview
Our artwork design service is for anyone with a mug, bottle or coaster in mind but no file ready to print. A café whose logo only exists as a blurry photo of the sign. A family with six photos and a date for a golden wedding mug. A club that wants its crest redrawn before ordering 200 bottles. Pick the job, pay the fixed fee shown on the page, and a person takes it from there.
Four jobs, each at a fixed fee
- Typesetting: you send the words and your logo, and we lay them out neatly. Best when you know exactly what the mug should say.
- Design for me: we build the whole layout from your brief, photos and logo.
- Logo redraw: a small or fuzzy logo rebuilt as a crisp vector and supplied as PDF, EPS and SVG, so it prints sharp on a mug or a bottle. You keep the files.
- New logo: a fresh logo from your brief, delivered as vector files for print and the web.

Artwork design service: how changes work
Typesetting and design for me include one design and two rounds of changes. Use the first round for big things such as wording, layout and colours, and the second for small fixes. Send each round as one list so nothing gets missed. A logo is adjusted until it matches your brief.
Adding design help to a mug or bottle order
Choose a design option on any product and it sits in your basket as its own line, covering the whole quantity of that item, whether that is one personalised mug or 500 water bottles. If you buy the design on its own there is no delivery charge, because the files come by email.
What to send us
Your wording, any logo you have (even a poor one), your photos and a line about the look you want. A picture of a design you like helps too. If something is unclear, we email to ask before starting.
When the service makes sense
If your file was flagged as too low resolution at checkout, if your logo is only a screenshot, or if you simply do not use design software, this is the quickest way to a mug that prints well.

What is the easiest way to tell you what I want?
Type your ideas into the brief box as you order and attach your logo, photos or a rough sketch. If anything is unclear, we email to ask.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Typesetting and design for me include one design and two rounds of changes. A logo is adjusted until it matches your brief.
Do I own my redrawn or new logo?
Yes. You get vector files to use anywhere: mugs, signs, clothing or a website.
I want the same design on mugs and coasters. Do I pay twice?
No. One fee covers every item using the same design; on the second product choose the option to use the same artwork as another item in your basket.
Can you add an industry body or registration scheme logo?
No. Those logos are licensed only to members of each scheme, so we do not recreate or print them.
Is there an online designer?
No. Send us your brief and files, or upload your own finished artwork when you order a product.
Is there a delivery charge for design on its own?
No. Design files are sent by email.

How we handle reviews
Only people who bought the product can review it. Each review is checked against a real order and marked "Verified owner".
We publish every genuine review, good or bad, exactly as it was written. We never edit reviews or choose which ones to show. The only reviews we hold back are spam, abuse, or ones that include personal details like a phone number or email address.
